PROFESSIONAL
- Customer service is our highest priority. Our phone is answered Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you leave a message after hours, we will return your call on the next business day.
- All behind-the-wheel instruction vehicles are professionally maintained, late-model cars, mostly Ford Focuses. All cars are white and bear our Safeway logo on the doors.
- Our classrooms are clean and organized. Each classroom is equipped with advance instructional equipment such as LCD projector, DVD, CD, VCR player, white board, and other visual aids.
- Classroom curriculum includes professionally developed lesson plans with PowerPoint presentations and our own copyrighted study guides. Our materials include the Drive Right textbook, lots of AAA Foundation driving scenario videoclips, and current DVDs and videos.
- In-car lessons follow pre-planned routes chosen for specific instructional content. Routes vary by instructional topic.
- Driving environments include residential streets, city traffic, rural roads, highways and freeways.
- We record and evaluate the student's progress. Our behind-the-wheel lesson plans require parental review so parents are kept aware of student’s progress.
